Heywood sits between Rochdale and Bury, right beside junction 19 of the M62. That gives learners a real mix: quiet residential streets, busy A-roads in and out of town, and lorry traffic around Heywood Distribution Park.
We start on the estates, then move on to town centre junctions and the A58 towards Rochdale and Bury. Once you’re confident, you’ll practise the faster roads and roundabouts you’ll meet on test.
